Terms of use

Last updated 20 October 2026

These terms apply when you use this website to find, book or list tours. By booking or listing a tour you agree to them.

1. What we do

PickMyPack is a marketplace. Tours are run by independent operators. We show their tours, take payment on their behalf, send confirmations and process refunds. The contract for the tour itself is between you and the operator named on the booking.

2. Bookings

  • You must be 18 or older to book, and book for travellers who agree to these terms.
  • Seats are held for 10 minutes while you pay. A booking is confirmed only when payment clears.
  • Traveller names, ages and contact details must be correct. The operator may refuse travellers whose details do not match their ID.
  • Prices include all taxes and fees shown at checkout. The amount you pay is the amount shown before you pay.
  • Each tour lists its minimum age, group size and what is and isn't included.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations follow the policy shown on the tour when you booked. See the cancellation policy for how refunds are worked out and how long they take. If the operator cancels, you get a full refund.

4. On the trip

The operator is responsible for transport, stays, meals, guides and safety on the trip, and for any permits it needs. Itineraries can change because of weather, road closures or official orders; the operator will try to offer an equal alternative. Follow the operator's safety instructions. Carry a government photo ID.

5. Operators

Operators agree to the commission and payout terms accepted at registration, to run every departure they publish, and to keep their listings accurate. We may pause listings or suspend operators who break these terms or get repeated complaints.

6. Reviews and content

Reviews must be about a trip you took and must be honest. We may remove content that is false, abusive or unlawful.

7. Our liability

We are responsible for the booking and payment service we provide. We are not responsible for how an operator runs a trip, but we will help you with complaints and refunds. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts where we are registered have jurisdiction. Write to contact@pickmypack.in first; most problems are solved quickly that way.
